I have it installed and everything went off without a hitch. I was able to back up and successfully restore 3rd party apps and data.
However now my phone is SLLLLOOOOWWW.
I have tons of free memory and nothing has changed except me updating to the new OS.
Anyone else having similar issues or any advice?
Thanks a ton.

did you try doing ALT LGLG, when your event log comes up press menu and press clear, then do a battery pull.
