I had to get a replacement Curve the other night as mine locked up. They transferred all my stuff over but only some of my purchased ring tones will play. They are all there, but some won't play. they were purchased from the same place. Any ideas?

If you downloaded from your carrier you should be able to redownload them or request it from them.

If you purchased them from Verizon, you can log into the My Account web site and have them re-sent at no charge, if you do it within a certain time. I think it may have been a month, I really didn't look well since I got my replacement today and did it right away.

I'm assuming these RTs are in device memory?

If you have a media card, try moving them to your media card. Then using Mass Storage Mode, move them to your PC so you can see what kind of files they are and possibly use something like Audacity to open then export to your PC as an .mp3 file that can be played on your BB.
