Isn't it better to convert the .wma to .mp3 before loading it to your memory card? Then you don't have to have an app or another media player to handle the .wma files.

I'm actually more interested in loading some videos that only play in windows media player... unless you can point me in a direction of a good but cheap video converter...

    Free is good.

Download MediaCoder, here are the settings I use:

    Video:
    Bitrate based 450 kbs
    Format: XVid
    Container: 3gp

    Audio:
    Nero Encoder
    22050 kHz
    Profile: LC-AAC
Rate Mode: Target BitRate 24 kbs

    Picture:
    320 x 240
    Crop: Disabled
    Frame Rate: 15 fps

Just convert them. It makes them fit your phone better and don't take up as much space.

If you put a windows media video on your phone it's going to take up a LOT of space. You'll only be able to fit a few of them on a few gig card.

If you convert them to 3gg or something smaller it will fit your phone and you can fit hundreds of them.
