Nuked/cont. Rebooting. PLEASE HELP!!!
My 8330 won't boot up at all.
When I try to follow the steps for "nuked blackberry" found here
http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101...ked-blackberry
I've tried on two different PC's (on Win 7 32bit, on Win 7 64 bit). I've uninstalled the device manager and the OS I want to install. I downloaded the OS from Verizon's site as well as tried one for the 8330 on Sprint...same symptoms.
The problem I'm running into is when I go to into Application loader Wizard>(Next) > Plug in USB and hit next once you get the USB Pin Unknown. Now I get the message "The Blackberry Desktop software does not have Blackberry device software for the device you have connected to your computer. Contact...."
Am I out of luck here? - 04-11-2012, 07:18 PM #2
Have u wiped the phone at all? Use BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) to wipe and even reload the os. Also, u may have the vendor.xml file hidden somewhere *use CrackMem to remove it*. Then should put your BB out of the restart loop and get you on your way to be up and running

I just tried using BBSAK and it won't connect to the phone. I also tried using crackmem to wipe the phone and it didn't work either.
Do you have any other ideas?
When I'm in the loader, can I manually add the files I want reinstalled to the device?
