Hey everyone, I've been around these forums for a few months now, but have not really been able to find an answer. My question is this, after a reboot on my 8330 with 4.5.0.77 on it. I have about 55mbs free...after the course of a day it'll drop to about 49 or so....now for the question, I have never let it go more than aday without a reboot because I'm OCD when it comes to memory (I even limit my 3rd party apps out of fear of losing memory!) is there a point where the memory will stabalize? or will it continue to drop daily until 0mb's is acheived? Does anyone know? I appreciate it!

The key setting is Media / Options / Device Memory Limit.

Older devices defaulted to 15 Mb with an option to select 12 Mb. New devices, like yours, also include a 5 Mb setting.

This is the space reserved for media, pictures, music and video.

If your memory intrudes into this setting, you will experience some of the low memory issues.

It is normal for a BlackBerry to use 8-10 Mb, that is nothing to be concerned about.

Mine runs stable for weeks at a time.
