Would anyone be able to tell why I am only able to receive email from one person. The rest of my email or contacts are not coming in. I have resent service books. No filters.. Please help!!!
What type of email is it, Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail, etc, etc?
Have you EVER received email? I'd say, remove said account, and readd it. Also, if you're not using the about emails, are you using a POP3 email, and thus forwarding a copy to your BlackBerry email address?
If yes, check the spam folder on your POP3 account! As a matter of fact, if using GMail, check it's spam folder, too. GMail is VERY good for spam filtering...
