    i recently switched from a storm to a curve using desktop manager. i transferred all contacts, settings, ect. but i am not receiving any emails. its weird because i have two email settings icons and neither function properly. when accessing one of them i get a message, "your device had a problem connecting to this application's server." when accessing the other it prompts me to log in but when i try to retrieve my password it does not send it to my phone. any suggestions on how to get my email back and running? also the data is working the browser is working.

    You need to log into your BIS and click on "Change device" & "send service books"

    i dont know my password but when i used the pin option it gave me the wrong one. i know its the wrong password because its the previous owners.

    Call Verizon and let them know what your trying to accomplish, they can reset your BIS login password...
