    Hey Everyone,

I have an 8300 and I'm having some noise issues when I'm on a call. The person on the other end of phone calls can hear me perfectly fine however whenever that person speaks I hear an odd noise. It's hard to describe the noise other than saying it sounds like a 'shushing noise' (e.g. someone shushing another person to tell them to be quiet).

I always hear this noise whenever the other person speaks, before and after. It's especially frustrating when the person on the other end replies with a one word because the noise washes out the other caller. I'll even hear the noise when i'm just placing a call. For example, I'll hear my phone ringing as I'm making a call and then right after the ring I hear the 'shushiing noise.'

The noise occurs on the speakerphone and earpiece - regardless of the volume level. I can't figure what it is but maybe it's the 'advanced sound technology that cancels out background noise and echo' that blackberry uses.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
