No mms record after master reset

I just recently did a master reset on my boostberry 83050i i now i can not send mms messages, however i can receive messages the internet is working,i can place calls, the walkie talkie is also working the only problem is i can not send mms messages i keep getting the message NO MMS RECORD.
when i go to options, advanced options, host routing table, hit the menu key and select register now i dont get the message, but if somebody send me one i can get it without a problem i just can not reply.

I s there a way to fix this without reloading the service books?
