    Hey got buddy on sprint 8310 changed password at work for email and now cannot get emails on phone is not near computer so calling me!! Thanks..

    If he is on a BIS for email and changed the password he needs to log into the BIS and re-validate the email with the new password.

    Man we are going round and round he has sprint and I have att!! I get to services and then where do I need to try and send him to revalidate the pw on the BIS.
