i just got my new blackberry today
and it has no internet browser?
do you have to have your email synced to get the internet or what?
and im switching over from a treo , how do you move the contacts?

you can do it through outlook, if you had it set up for the treo.

try either hitting menu twice and select show all or re-send your service books

Did you try Options / Advanced Options / Browser / Default Browser Configuration? If it ain't there then you'll need to contact your provider to send you "service books" to get it.

Register the Host Routing Table
Options, advanced, host routing table, menu key register

then try this

Resending service books
Either log onto your carriers BIS where you can edit your email info etc and resend from there, or find the manage internet email icon and follow that thru.

What those above me posted is spot on. But, yeah, any of those methods should work that browser issue out. By the way, welcome to CB.

You can also take both devices to erizon and they will transfer the contacts, I did it easily enough thru outlook though.

No.. go to options, advanced, Host routing table, menu key, register. The browser should appear, then send your service books, as outlined above.
