Default NO IMEI or ESN numbers

I'm attempting to register my curve with the BB Owner's Lounge. It asks for either the IMEI or ESN number. My phone has neither. In that location I find a MEID number. It doesn't seem to allow the registration as I've entered it and other numbers and have been unable to get in! Anyone else have this problem??? I emailed their customer support, no response as of yet.

Your phone does have an ESN number; all CDMA phone's do. You can usually find this on a white sticker inside the battery compartment or on the box that the phone came in.

Cannot find a number labed ESN on the box or behind the batter on the white sticker. At the BlackBerry site it says the ESN begins with 076. There is not a number starting with 076 in either location. I'm at a loss... Thanks for trying though...

You indicate that you have a MEID. That means that you have the 8330m. You don't have an ESN or an IMEI.

Perhaps the BB Owner's Lounge doesn't support them yet as they are new.

Thank you. I didn't know that a MEID meant he was using an 8330m.

Have a number that begins with 268? Try that.

Yep just use the MEID (dec)!! It will tell you that it is looking for an number that is X long! I know I used the wrong one at first and then used the MEID (dec) and it worked!
