    Just got my replacement curve and I don't have any html email on it and it came with 4.5 on it any idea what's could cause this and what to fix it?

    Check the emil settings and make sure HTML is enabled

    Resend your service books.

    Then Messages > options > Email Settings and enable HTML for
    each address you have

    I have done the service books thing already and it says that html is enabled but it does say that my message service email is my blackberry addy should I try my gmail addy?
