I have tried and tried to figure out how to get my sent Blackberry messages to appear on my PC and have no clue how to get this done!

I have a hotmail.com account and do not have delete sync turned on on my Blackberry. I manually delete from both my Curve and PC. I also have Verizon as my carrier, if that makes any difference.

What is this Change Protocol option I have? Will this make a difference if I change to something Microsoft offers?

It can't be done with Hotmail. Eventually when BIS 3.0 is released, it will be possible with Gmail.

Also, don't change the protocol!

You need to set up an AutoBCC with your email address in your BIS settings.

This will send the sent messages from your BlackBerry to your Inbox on your PC. Then you will need to move the messages to your Sent box either manually or with a rule.
