It's a new 8320 w/ Tmobile, I put a 2gb micro in from my previous phone. A week later I put a 4gb micro in and transferred my 2gb info. onto the 4gb card using my phone through the computer. HOWEVER, now I can't get it to recognize my phone. It says in the bottom right that it's there and I can safely remove it. However, when I try to access my phone through the explore directories it only give me an : insert disk, error message...
help... I have tried different computers at home and work, no luck. My wife's pearl still works fine on these computers as well...
Make sure mass stroage mode is enabled. Have you installed DM? DM comes bundled with te correct USB drivers. I am not sure if the differ from the Pearl though.
