My Curve has been having many problems lately so I am not sure if this is normal or not. Should the little plug indicator alway be on when it is plugged into the wall charger? Even if it is fully charged?

No. When fully charged, the indicator will turn off.

Depends on the theme you're using. I've used some that don't have a charging indicator at all.

To check this, the best thing to do is to load one of th BBDimension themes and check the results. As others have said some themes show a charge indicator whilst others do not. This is the only way to be sure.

Mine did this once when I knew it needed a charge,but the good ol battery pull did the trick once again.
