Ok so I recently updated my operating system. Now I did the stupid thing and unplugged my phone before the updating was completed. Now I can't get my blackberry e-mail address to work.

I tried to re-upgrade and that didn't work. I tried fixing the e-mail settings but I can't log into the e-mail settings and it won't let me create a new account because it says there's an account for the pin.

I did the "forgot you password" and it says its going to send me an e-mail with my password but I never get it. I've gotten e-mails from other people on my phone but I can't send any e-mails from my phone.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

call you servicec provider and have them reset your BIS password and/or login.

then log into BIS and resend your service books.

Did the OS upgrade go through? Options-About. What is your current OS?

i'm surprised your phone even functions since you unplugged during the update. chances are, if your phone is running, then the email issue is just a service book issue, so re-send them

well, that is good. it went through then. usually when you unplug too soon you brick your blackberry and render it useless until you go through a process of reloading the OS.

have you fixed your other issues yet?

Every other issue I've had I've fixed, thanks for asking. Is there a place to find the IMEI number other than the box of the phone?

You can also find the number under the battery if you remove it....
