That will work fine. I just upgraded from 4.2 to 4.5 using DM 4.6. No issues for me whatsoever.

My upgrade lasted about 40-45 minutes. Everything is looking great! I love the new font and font smoothing on this OS! I upgraded from 4.2. To reiterate others' thoughts, UMA does seem much more consistent. Browser is great. YouTube works! Video recording works. Great, great!

Thanks for sharing this info!

I updated to this new OS and since then I have a problem with my times in my calendar being off by 1 hour from the last week of October on. I have followed all the different fixes but it still changes the time to one hour later than my Outlook time. I think this has something to do with Daylight Savings time being over that week, but the time doesn't change until Nov. 1. Anybody else notice this problem?

Figured I'd add my two cents. Upgraded about a week ago and haven't had any issues. I actually gained about 2MB of memory. That was a pleasant surprise. One minor interesting item: icons I hid or moved will return to their original positions when I do a battery pull. Curious. (I was on 4.2.194). EmPower doesn't work without an upgrade but, now that I am enjoying HTML email, I don't really see the need for it any more.

Mike, any chance you are using the 'today plus' theme?

Actually, I am. Is that the cause of hidden/moved icons reappearing/moving back? Some 4.5.0.81 incompatibility?

Lightbulb OS .81 or .93?

Is the .83 the latest and the final official OS for the curve??
what about with the beta .93?
