I bought a brand new Unlocked T-Mobile BB 8320 about 6 months ago. I've used AT&T and the wi-fi in my house, but i didn't have a data plan.
Today I upgraded to an AT&T BB Data Plan and the guy in the store said it worked great. E-mail works fine but when i try to connect to the internet it says "This is a Wi-Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi connection and try again."
I've tried to switch everything to Mobile Network Perferred but its still doing this. Any ideas?
Resending service books will not correct this issue. You need to change your browser to Internet instead of Hotspot. In the BB browser, press menu and go into options > browser config. Change the default to internet.
