For some reason when i get an email my BB likes to open it automatically, soon as i hit the trackball to turn on the screen it opens an email instantly. Even if I have the BB in lock mode and I unlock it, the message is opened auto. Is this norm or is there a way to disable this...what gives??????

That's normal for the first few seconds after the message has arrived.
