I'm excited to get my first BB this wednesday. I have a few questions about some software that i'm looking at. What is the differnece between the two email viewer apps (BBsmart and the Empower?) How do i find out what OS my 8310 comes with? If you have any other suggestions as to what one may want to add right away i would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks ahead of time.

I see you are anxious. I understand! Its difficult to know which OS will be on your device at the time it was sent. You can however do like I did and do a lil bit of homework to see which one is the latest for your device and upon receiving it you can check.
When I received my 8300 about 3 wks ago I had the most recent at that time on it. I just updated it to the newer one that came out about a week ago for my device.
