So, everytime I get a new trackball replaced in my Curve 8330, I should expect for it to feel brand new, right? Well, I don't. There is always some sort of problem when I do this...what do I do? I am now stuck with a trackball that is too far in (in my opinion) and doesn't scroll well. EVERY TIME I go to Verizon to get a new trackball, it makes it worse or it stays the same (still sucks)...any ideas?
