trying to download new os system for t mo on there site and the application loader does not detect my bb ands its connected is there anything i can do or something i am doing wrong ?

Do a battery reset on the device and reboot the computer. see if this helps. Did you install the OS and do you have at least the matching version of the DM?

Lastraid's right. At TMo's site, they have a most recent version of DM to download and install it to your PC. Once you've done that, download, save and then double click the OS to install it to your PC. You won't need to delete the vendor file to install this OS. TMo also has detailed instructions with the OS and DM for you to follow. Make sure you install these programs to your PC.
