My e-mail message on my work outlook account (not BES) are doing several things:

    1. I am not receiving all messages.
    2. They delete after I have read them (even though I have it set to delete after 30 days.)
    3. I am not having the same problem with my hotmail account.

What can I do to keep them from deleting on their own after reading? This problem is more recent. I didn't have it when I first got my phone. I recently got a new work computer (does that make any difference?)

It could be a low memory issue, that's why they are being deleted. Go to Options >Status and tell us the Free File number...

If you're memory is low, take the battery out with the phone on. Put it back in after about 20 seconds.

My daughters is deleting messages and pictures all by themselves. The Sprint people said she had plenty of memory. The phone is not even 6 months old...... What can I do?

you might have a memory leak.

Can you list ALL of the programs you have or your kids have downloaded on the phones?

edit: to clarify: generally a sign of a memory leak is random deletion of messages when you didnt do it yourself. CAN mean that one of your programs and your BB dont like each other.
