ok guys i just got my replacement curve and reintalled the softwear it came with and when i go to app loader it says its the wrong softwear
so then i reinstall the old DT manager then it says its wrong again

That would be my thinking also. The new device shipped with 4.2.2.170 so
if you upgraded to OS 4.5 that might be your issue.

i mean i had the old desktop softwear and when i connected my blackberry it said i cant do the app loader is said exactally "The BlackBerry software dose not have blackberry device software that you need to connect to the computer"

That means that the OS on your computer(4.5) and the OS on your phone (4.2) does not match.

That should be everything you need, but it should be upgrading
you the second you connect, unless you have not deleted
the vendor.xml file.

if you are using the old dt mngr, then you need to do a switch device so the manager can get your new pin number, I hope this helps,if not the only other advice i can give you is call your provider cust serv or tech support and have them walk you thru it,

I do, but I also know it is a beta version and I almost never
recommend them.
