so I was setting up my e-mail I put in all my info and now on the phone it says Error! Your account has been suspende. please contact the system administrator. Its just a hotmail account. How do I set it up?
If your account has been suspended, it is most likely the BIS account. I would call VZW tech support, this should be easily resolved quickly. 800-922-0204
Looks like you went from a storm to a curve. I did this as well, and had the same exact problem. What happened is that your account is registered to another id and the curve is probably as well (ebay the curve?).
All you have to do is call *611, go through the menus, until you get blackberry tech support. Tell them what's going on and they will fix everything and get your emails set up for you too. I actually had to do this on Monday, and the Reps were extremely helpful.
