    Default New to the blackberry

    Hi guys,

    Im new to using a blackberry. I just wanted to know if anyone new what the blinking light on the 8350i was. Mine flashes red and i have good signal. And my uncle has one but he said his is solid green. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    That's either the charging status, message or a missed phone call indicator. The solid green light means the BB is off and it's on the charger.

    Welcome to CB. You will start to look for that little red light all the time. Its part of the addiction.

    Welcome to CB, and to the BB. I use the Curve 8330, and before that I used a MOTO Q.

    When I first changed I thought I made a serious mistake! Now, I can't imagine life without my BB.

    I've had mine curve 8330 for about a month the read light is for messages for me yellow when it needs to charge and blue when you connect with bluetooth
