I just got my BB and I am having problems getting on the browser or the media.net. It is very slow and also at times I loose EDGE to conect. Also when I am on some site I try to reply to mail and it locks me out or even logs me off and I cannot reply to the email. I have to even try to get on through another web browser. What can I do or what can be done to fix this issue? Thanks to anyone that can help me

battery pull. Get opera mini, it is better than the regular bb browser anyways.

I would suggest ensuring you are outside in good coverage and attempting to connect. See if the problem persists.

If it does, try doing a soft reset, by hitting the left alt, right caps and del key all at the same time.
