I have a Netflix membership that allows me to watch movies on my pc, can i do this on my blackberry? I cant seem to figure it out.....
No. The netflix "watch instantly" feature runs through Internet Explorer ONLY. I know the only time I ever even open IE is when I want to watch something on my laptop, it won't allow access through Mozilla, those *&ckers!
So, to do this you would need IE loaded on your BB (Assuming your BB supports steaming media)
That's all I use it for.

IE sucks!!!
i am thinking of joining netflix. i don't own a computer and i see there is a mobile site. does anyone have any experience using the netflix mobile site? is it easily used on a bb?
thanks for any insights!
No netflix yet.
The Netflix mobile site, though limited, is still pretty nifty. You can search for movies by title, read synopses, view your list, add movies to your queue, and move movies to the top of your queue. I haven't used it all that much, but it's nice to have in a pinch.
cool, thanks! i just signed up for netflix so i will give it a go!
www.netflix.com/mobile
Wow, i added to my queue and i'm super excited! i love mobile access to stuff!
You can alway try connecting a roku netflix box to you tv tuner and use it with Orb. Or maybe use the roku box with the slingbox. Both the slingbox and orb will work with your Blackberry.
Hello everybody!
I have been trying to download and install netflix in my curve and there is no way I can find the app. I have tried on web pages that have links to download and install... a dead end and I do not seem to find it on app world... any ideas anyone!?
Thank you!
1. Open BlackBerry App World

2. Go to Search and type "Netflix"

3. Click on Movela Netflix Queue Manager

It's $2.99 and it's a great app!

I have tried to do this too... seems pretty easy.
The problem is that when I type in the search field "netflix" I get back no Results". It is like if I had to update the software on the app world manually. It does not make sense beacause I have not found other people with the same problem...
Any ideas why my blackberry can not find any results when I looked for netflix????
That is strange. Try deleting APP WORLD and re-installing.
Make sure you are typing Netflix, all one word.
See if that works.
I have tried already!!!!
no one with the same problem?
ahhhhhhhhhhhh!
HEEEEEELP!!!! PLEAAAASE!
lol
Movela Netflix Queue Manager is cool, I have it. use it all the time
I use the mobile site I am leaning towards the app is it better then the mobile site?

Either way, we can't watch Netflix on our BlackBerry phones yet.
To the poster above that: YES! The app is so much easier to use for searching, ordering queue and viewing saved movies.

I hate IE also, but found this! [yay for being under 10 posts]: addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419
Or just do a goggle search for IE tab
This this:
Categories > Music & Video > Movela Netflix Queue Manager....
I'm able to watch "Watch Instantly" titles fine through Firefox on my Mac.
----------------
Now playing: Radiohead - Bangers And Mash
via FoxyTunes
The Firefox and Mac support was added recently. For the longest time the only way you could use Watch Now was on a PC with IE.
You can download a mobile shortcut to the netflix mobile site from Pure Venetian ota from your blackberry only.
Folks, you may want to take a look at "In2Flick" for Blackberry - I found it on Handango.com and MobiHand.com .
SO far it looks like a far superior product than Movela. It has movie trailers and multi-lang support.
