I just got my new BBCurve 8330. I installed the DM. Going thru the setup for sync'ing the address book, Outlook is not listed. Outlook Express is there, along with ASCII Export/Import and Yahoo, but no Outlook. I have Outlook 2000 running on WinXP. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated... Thanks!
Versions of Desktop Manager newer than 4.2 are not compatible with Outlook 2000. Check the version of Desktop Manager you have installed. You can download 4.2 (and earlier) from the Blackberry site.
