    Default Need help using pass.

    Sup peeps. Having a horrible time putting my password on the blackberry desktop.
    it's Alt+3 then 004yes so its 3004yes. How would i go buy typing it in on the desktop?

    Anyway i can get rid of this password protection without whiping it or doing anything fancy? yes i got an it policy -.- Thanks peeps!

    type 3004yes *3 0 0 4 y e s* on the desktop. as far as removing passwords just disable the use of passwords from Options>Password. if u have to remove the IT policy to do so then i recommend using BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) and under the misc tab select factory reset. please please please do a full backup of ur bb prior to trying to remove the IT policy as it requires ur BB to go back to factory settings. if ur BB is from work then let ur IT admin handle all this for u

    i tried 3004yes but it didnt work.. =/

    if i use bbsak will i have to call my service provider to turn my service back on? last time i whiped my phone i had to call my service provider to turn it back on..

    It will auto activate your service provider, so no need to call your provider to activate your service provider on.
    If it's not activated you should call them to activate your service provider nonetheless.

    oh cool.. Any help on the pass though? should i be using the right side number keys on the kboard or the 1's on top for 3004?

    use the ones on top, unless u have the num lock on then either would work
