 Need help with using an 8330 in Mexico.
My sister is currently traveling in Mexico, and we've set up her 8330 (Sprint) to be able to make international calls so she can phone home.
Even the sprint reps are telling me it is set up properly. Her phone shows "international" as the carrier or something and the network selection is set to automatic..
One rep said he had to remove her authentication (wtf?) to get it to work, and it should after a battery pull.. It didn't.
Hoping someone here can help
EDIT: Thanks anyways! Sprint finally fixed the problem!
