I just got a BB today. So far so good in most areas but. I want to use the internet on the BB without being limited to the offerings set by the BB. If I just want to do a random search of (let's say vineyards in Tuscany), I cannot figure out how to do that. I have these presets (news, sports, weather, etc.).
Hit G while in the browser or menu button go to and then you will be able to go to google and search for whatever you wish.
You can make Google your home page if you wish as well. It it just like your browser on your PC, for the most part......
You can set the home page to anything you want in the options menu while in the browser.... Save some book marks and when the browser opens hit K and your list will pop up, select and go
