    When i plug my usb into my computer, i hear the sound that it got plugged in however nothing comes up. what do i need to do??

    You need to enable mass storage mode! (Go to Options > Media Card)

    Either that, or use Media Manager

    you need a media card, the phones internal memory is only at 64mb

    Then you need to get one.

    Seriously though, you can store media to the device memory, but it is very limited and more importantly required for proper system operation.

    I only want to put a few ringtones on (about 200kb each). I just got my Blackberry today in the mail, so I haven't had a chance to buy a card yet. I made a new thread about my situation.

    My problem is this: my curve recognizes my micro sdhc card fine. But when I connect my device to my laptop and use the media manager to try to put songs onto it, it doesn't detect the card.

    Media Mgr will not see my device either. I just plug into pc and use it as external drive.
