    Hi
    will appreciate help
    my trackball is working in all directions but when I want to select something and push inside nothing happen.
    menu button
    green phone button and few other left side keys won't work.
    I read some where may be the bad Antenna Flex Cable
    I read somewhere the trackball may be need replacement.
    I am confused and need some expert to help, what I should do first?

    If the phone is still under warranty, I would simply have it
    replaced. You should not have to deal with correcting these
    issues.

    How long have you had your blackberry? My trackball stopped working after 9 months and Tmobile sent me a replacement in 3 days. If your berry is less than a year, I would request a new one from your carrier.

    did u check the little white sticker? Open your battery door and there is a lil white sticker ( no need to remove your battery) if the sticker is pink that means water damage and if you have insurance you should say u lost it and get a new one I don't think water damage is covered. Hopes this helps

    can you please explain how the little sticker works?
    mines is pink but I havent exposed my device to water before, I just live in asia where its almost always 90% humid

    The 90% humidity may be the issue. The slighest moisture will affect the paper as far as I know
