Just got a BB 8310 (my first BB) and in my exitement I installed a trial Software. I didn't like it so I want to delete it but I have no idea how to do it. Can anyone let me know how to delete the Trial Software?

Press the menu button.

Choose Options from the list of icons.

Select Advanced Options

Select Applications

Find the application you wish to delete in the list and press the menu button

Choose Delete

I did exactly what you wrote and I don't see the software (I downloaded PocketDay Lists) in the application part

The Icon is still appearing on the menue and the programm is still there when i open it. I still have no idea how to get rid of the Programm.

Any other ways to delete this software?

It may be listed as something not as obvious. You could search around on the pocketday website and see if they have nay information. I've never used the program so I don't know.

I did what you asked and went to the software wedsite and emailed them.

They email me back saying that I had to reinstal the software using my desk manager and delete it from there.

it worked!!!
