just bought a sprint 8330 from a guy and when i got home and turned it on it's still on his sprint account.
i don't really know what to do. im going to run it on boost so i need the clear ESN.
someone please help me!!

Have the "guy" call Sprint and release the device from his BIS.
And wipe the device.
Not sure how this qualifies as "need help badly". ?? This is a routine issue.
