I was running a backup on my 8330 and lost connection mid-backup and couldn't reconnect (after inspecting i found i had some loose charging pins) and my screen went black. I tried reconnecting but am having no luck, the only thing happening is the message indicator is double blinking red. I also pulled the battery and put it back in, nothing changed, still double blinking red. Is there anything i can do to fix this???
You need to use the Recover a Dead BB link in my sig below. However, it will only work if you can establish a connection with your BB through your USB port.
