    so i had blackberry curve 8330 with telus but was having problems. i called it in and had a new one sent in. I kept trying to back it up before making the swap but it kept saying failure. i am assuming it had to do with the reason my phone wasnt functioning properly anyway so i just gave in and started from scratch on the new one. now that i have the new one i cant find anyway to set up my email , in the set up wizard it only allows me to set up an enterprise activation . i tried it anyways in hope that it would work but obviously nothing so now im trying to figure out how to make the email set up menu appear so i can place my personal account on the device. any ideas?
    and fyi it is running ver. 4.5

    On your device go to options/advanced options/host routing table hit the menu key and select register now. Now go here on your pc https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=telus and update your device information. The device info you may need can be found by holding the alt key the left shift ket and hit "h".
