how do i install my downloaded programs to my dm and into my berry?
Connect your BB to your PC via USB. Run Desktop Manager. Run the Application Loader. Click Add / Remove Applications and Start. If you get any messages about upgrading your phone OS, cancel them. Click Browse, and find the directory where you stored the downloaded program. Select the program .alx file. Click Next until the DM App Loader tells you it's going to load your application.
Try it this way. Double-click the downloaded exe file and let it extract its files. Then run the DM App Loader. That way you just select .alx file. See if that helps.
