BlackBerry users are reporting browser failures & error displayed as: "Your device doesnt currently have any browser configuration service book entries."
Here's the Verizon fix that worked for me - go to settings/advanced options/host routing table hit your bb button, and click 'register now' - it will update you, all fixed!!
VZW CSR told me they were having issues with the browser all day but didn't say it was national. I suspect it was regional and random as several other people at a Christmas party last night had BB and didn't mention a problem.
I wasn't near a computer so couldn't research resending the service books so VZW walked me through it and haven't had a problem since.
