I just bought a used 8330 off of eBay last week. I went to Sprint and got it activated without any issue. However, I went to create a BIS account and it gave me an error saying that there was already a BIS account associated with the device. I also noticed that I started getting the previous owner's personal emails. He had wiped almost everything off of the phone, but apparently something stayed behind. I emailed him and told him what was going on. He just emailed me back, apologized, and told me that Sprint said I need to contact them and request an "NAI change." He said this will allow me to setup my own BIS account with the device and will stop the email from coming. This is the first time I have ever heard of "NAI" and I'm not sure what it is. Does this sound legit to you guys?
