Okay I tested it this today and my call didn't go through. i had my husband call and test it since he said before that he has called me and it went to voicemail where i didnt answer and it never rang on my part.

what causes this? if you are using a 3rd party app or even the BBM, would that cause not to receive calls?

No try in ringtone profiles when you are going to change the ringtone for incoming call, at the end says no bother put no, perhaps is there says yes that why

do you mean "Do Not Disturb" ? Cause that is what i have and it is set to "no". do i change that?

if Do Not Disturb is set to NO then its set right you do not want to set it to YES

Mine does the same thing every once in a while. Not sure what causes it either. I'm running a hybrid OS. What OS are you running?
