When you say Mass Storage doesn't work, does the BB not show as a removable drive under "my computer" on your pc?

What about when you connect to Desktop Manager, is your BB recognized there?

yes gritmaster, it has no removable device icon on my vista, the Desktop Manager recognize my pin and it is working well, just the problem of Mass Storage feature

And/or if it shows in Windows Explorer, what happens when you click to the drive letter that represents your BB?

I wonder whether you have a problem with conflicting drive letters. Have a look at this thread , it discusses how you can change some of the settings.

Perhaps a silly question, but do you have Desktop Manager installed which will install Device Manager and the required USB drivers?
