If you have a backup, you can restore it. If you don't, your data is irretrievably lost. There is no way to undo a password wipe.

You have to be careful and remember that when using numeric keys in any password on the device you are actually typing in letters and not numbers unless you have num-lock turned on or are pressing Alt before each numeric. So you can assume you are entering "4564" as the password when it is really "sdfs". Common mistake when using desktop manager and a PC since a real PC keyboard does not have the same layout on the numerics as a qwerty BlackBerry.
