Hi.. I have serious problem with my black berry..
My Black Beery Won`t change the date and time...
when I change the time or date.. my black berry restart by itself...

Anyone can help me?

yes...
still wont change... sometime`s they change but.. change to 2013..
when I change it back.. the phone restart.. but the time and date is still the same...

Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding your english.

Go to options > Date/Time > select your timezone, your format (standard is 12 hour), set the date, and the date/time source (mine is blackberry). Hit the menu button, save.

Are you sure you are saving your changes? If you just close out it won't save it.

Have you done those steps?

yes, I already do the same as you do.. but still wont change.
after I press save the phone restart by it self...

Ok, well the phone shouldn't restart when you hit the save button.

I would contact your tech support and see if they can help you, otherwise they can send you a new phone

Try setting your date/time source to network. This will force your blackberry to use the network time.
