I had the same problem with my 8320 but BB tech support had me change some settings and the tech said some minor adjustments on his end and I was sending and receiving MMS's with no picture adjustments!

Call your carriers and make sure your accounts are provisioned correctly.

Sprint has no mms on blackberries. Verizon has the best mms because they don't have the file size limits that other carriers have.

I have sprint and i am able to send mms in the largest pic setting no problem.

Sprint does have MMS, you just have to have the 4.5 software loaded on the phone. You can find it on blackberry.com or sprint.com/downloads for sprint phones..

In the past i have had an 8120 pearl and i always had a problem with sending mms. i tried to send the low qual pics and they still wont go. I upgraded to an 8900 curve and have not had one problem with it yet. so with that in mind i would believe it would be an equip malfunction.

hmm what company are you on? I use verizon and an 8330 and i have no problem sending large pictures i do it all the time. (lol dam hitting space bar twice in here doesnt add a period >.< how annoying lol)

I used to never have this problem but recently..more like over night it quit sending pictures when theyre set on the "Large" resolution which was extremely annoying until I read this forum. I put it on "Medium" and now it works..still sucks though.

Mine is on large and I have never had this issue. Could it be because you are saving the picture to a media card and there is something wrong with the actual card and not the phone?

how do you text pictures if you have sprint, since there is no MMS option????

I just started having issues with this too. I agree that it was just overnight. One day I had no problems, the next it took like 8 tries to get the pic to go through. And once it went through it was really quick, so no idea what the issue is. I tried saving it to the phone and not the card but that didn't seem to help.

I used to send pictures as MMS on my 8330 to my friends all the time. Now I can still receive them but any time I try to send one it gives me a red X. Doesn't matter what size picture I use it does not work. How do I fix this?

I was having the same issue until i went to >settings >Mobile Network and changed the Connection preference to Mobil network only.

i have a t-mobile 8320 and when i try to send an mms i get the hourglass and it wont go away, the only way to fix it is to pull the battery, any suggestions??

i have the 8830 for sprint, actually its my 2nd one
on my 1st one i was able to send pictures to other peoples phones
but for some reason on my 2nd one it wont let me?
it doesnt even list it as an option and im kinda getting frustrated with it

Yes sprint have mms. I checked out .. depend on what kind cell phone u use.. I use blackberry curve 8330 .. no problem in all

I've been having this problem just recently also. As per previous post my picture settings are set fine and it atill won't. Also, when I receive pictures they come as a link with a password, not the picture like it used to. What's weird is we're all on different carries. RIM! What are you doing to us?!

I get this same thing, I am with AT&T how did you fix this problem. I have full data package and everything small pict size and normal settings but can't send pict. on mms and get the login page when someone sends to me. ������ w�th ��� ����s ?????

Thanks you!!! Your solution didn't solve the issue but it helped me lead to the issue! I had Data Services set on Off and as soon as I put it on On. It sent the pictures. Thanks again!!!
