ive just taken my bb 8310 out of my pocket and its flashing a white screen and a red indicator.ive tried taking the battery out but its still doing it.its only a week old,is there any help for the bb or is it return to sender?

This could be a nmber of thing but the best thing to do is to get it replaced.
