Hi

I am new to this whole BlackBerry business, but am needing some help.

When my Blackberry Curve 8310 is in its holster and a call comes in, when I take it out of the holster it automatically disconnects the call.

I have checked in the general options settings and they are set to "Never" answer/disconnect.

Any ideas, its costing me a fortune calling everyone back and explaining that I haven't cut them off on purpose!!

Hey, sorry to hear about your delima. The problem sounds like a software related issue. You can check the blackberry site (this site itself should have links) for updated OS available for your device, and try updating, it normally fixes most problems. Hope this helps.
