Saturday night the pearl on my 8300 curve fell out and i was unable to find it. I would like to know if anyone knows where I can purchase a new one or if it might be covered under warrenty?
God they need to release the bold this is now the second curve i have had and this is now the second pearl/button i have had fall out. Does anyone else have this problem?
yeah i should have been more descriptive. what happens is the little ring gets loose and then it will pop off which allows the piece that holds the trackball just to fall out.
mine only fell out when I dropped it also. (my fault) because I took it out to add color a few weeks before. I ordered one for $13.00 with the silver ring that someone had recommended to me on CB forums.
are u sure u have the ring on right. its help in by three litte tabs. And you can go on ebay and get like 5 of them for like 3.99.. I would try replacing the whole ring and trackball
I have taken mine out and put it back in like 20 times in the past 24 hours touching up my sharpie job on my trackball... hard to hurt that darned little ring it hasn't broken yet. But try replacing the ring.
